  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 cups whole milk

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line your baking dish with an Unstick Casserole Liner.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. 
  4. Whisk in flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper cook for 1 minute or until golden brown. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth.  Cook on medium heat until mixture is thickened (approximately 3-4 minutes).  Do not let the mixture boil
  5. Once mixture is thick, reduce heat to low and stir in cheeses until sauce is smooth and creamy.
