Steps

  1. Pre-heat your BBQ to 400°F. Once pre-heated, Place your UNSTICK BBQ Grilling Sheet directly on the grill grates.
  2. Break each corn cob in half for smaller sized pieces.
    Arrange the corn on the grilling sheet. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently, until the corn is slightly charred and golden on all sides.
  3. Remove the corn from the grill. While still warm, rub a lime wedge over each piece.
    Sprinkle with salt and chili powder to taste.
  4. Generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped coriander.

Tip:Thread grilled corn onto skewers for a street-style serving twist — fun for parties and easy to handle.
