Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with the UNSTICK Roasting & Baking Sheet and place the flatbread on top. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with dried oregano and basil. Brush this mixture evenly over the flatbread, then sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano.
  3. Add the baby spinach, roasted red peppers, black and green olives, and goat cheese on top. Bake for about 10 minutes if using pre-made flatbread.
  4. If using homemade pizza dough, prebake the flatbread for 10 minutes first, then add the toppings and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
