  1. In a small bowl, mix the drained ricotta cheese with the mashed roasted garlic. Add the chopped chives, salt, and pepper, and stir until well combined. Set aside (refrigerate if not using immediately
  2. Line a small frying pan with your. UNSTICK Frying Pan Liner. Over low heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter and the whole garlic clove. Once the butter is melted and infused, remove the garlic, then add the mushrooms and ½ tsp salt. Sauté until soft, then transfer the mushrooms to a small bowl, leaving the liner in the pan.
  3. Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil. Place the slices onto the liner over medium heat and toast until golden on both sides. Remove from heat.
  4. To assemble, spread the herbed ricotta over each toasted slice. Top with the sautéed mushrooms and garnish with your favourite greens or herbs.
